Our iStim EM-5200 is a rechargeable Kegal Pelvic Floor Tens Machine, which comes with 5 fantastic training programmes that are specifically designed to exercise and strengthen your Pelvic Floor muscles.
The Pelvic floor tens device is incredibly easy to use with simple clear images and a vibration feature to assist you throughout your Kegal Pelvic Floor Exercises. To help assist you further, the device comes with bio feedback.
Users can see the animation on the device is working via the screen - this shows when the machine is in the up, down or rest stage, giving you a clear idea when to contract, relax the muscles and starts to vibrate at the same time to remind your to contract the muscles.
The low-frequency current used by the iStim EM-5200's programmes can increase the blood flow to the Pelvic Floor Muscles, this naturally can increase their resistance to fatigue and reduce the involuntary contractions of the bladder.
What is a Pelvic Floor Machine?
A simple clench and release exercise that makes the muscles under the uterus, bladder and bowel stronger. Both men and women have problems with urine leakage or bowel control.
The pelvic is a series of muscles and tissues that form a sling or hammock at the bottom of the pelvis. A week pelvic floor may lead to issues such as the inability to control our bowels or bladder.

What comes with the Pelvic Floor Machine?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
