Each pad is equipped with a hypoallergenic gel layer, offering comfort for sensitive skin and ensuring irritation-free treatment sessions. They are reusable for 15-25 applications with proper care—simply refresh the gel with a little water after every fourth use to maintain effectiveness.

Measuring 200mm x 80mm (20 x 8 cm), these pads provide generous coverage of the lower back, offering targeted relief for those managing chronic pain, muscle tension, or recovering from injury.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
