Programme 1 - pain relief
Acute, Chronic and Long Term Use
Ideal for your first TENS treatment, for both acute, chronic and Long term use. Suitable for conditions: neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, sciatica, arthritic
Programme 2 - pain relief
sciatica pain relief
effective pain relief for sciatica. Please refer to page 15, recommended treatment time 2+ hours or until pain alleviates.
Programme 3 - pain relief
lower back pain
programme 3 is most effective for lower back pain and increased blood circulation. The programme alleviates the pain by stimulating muscles to release the body's own morphone-like substances for electrode placement, please refer to page 15. Recommended treatment time is 90 mins or until the pain subsides
Programme 4 - pain relief
Knee Pain
This programme is ideal for treating knee injuries, both acute and chronic including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and joint pains.
Programme 5 - pain relief
Shoulder Pain
Treating shoulder pain relief from heavy or repetitive lifting, arthritis, tendinopathy. Please refer to page 14 in the guide for electrode

Muscle Pain
This programme is pre-set for all types of muscle pain relief, ideal for muscle tension in the following: Neck, shoulder and lower back (lumbar spasms). Please refer to pages 14-17 for electrode placement

reduced pulse width is ideal for treating nerve rich areas. suitable conditions include: tension headaches, facial pain, neck pain and postherpetic neuralgia.

Cervical Pain Relief due to poor ergonomic work positions. please refer to page 17 for electrode placement for those with neck pain.

I've been suffering from a frozen shoulder for years and years regular trips to the Dr's having injections, worked for a while, tried physio given by the NHS did nothing for me. Paid for sports massage over a 6 month period didn't really help nor my pocket, I was at my wits end and remembered that my late father use to use a tens machine did my research on tens machine brought one from this company at 1st I thought it wasn't having any benefit from it "I was wrong it's turned out to be amazing pain gone not for good I may add but for at least 2 to 3 weeks at a time soon as the pain returns out comes my tens machine on for about 3hrs while resting and same again pain has gone its changed my life pain free and I've been using it for years now. I was laughed at when I told the physio I was going to try one, don't think they work for everyone but it's worth a try to be pain free.

I must have had my machine for 2 years already and it’s still going strong! It is my favourite tens machine(I have collected a few) but why? Well, it has the smoothest tens sensation, it can work deeper to reach the painful muscles and unlike other ones it feels like durable medical equipment and the buttons are soft, silent and should last a while ???? if the pain is strong the EMS mode can help too. The battery life is quite long I would say about 10 hours. I like it so much I even bought a spare! Sadly that one didn’t come with a case so I put it in the original case ????

I have a sciatic nerve issue that has made walking very difficult, I usually walk 2 miles a day with my dog. While seeing a neuoro physio I was advised to get a TENS machine. Most of the ones on Amazon got bad reviews, in the end I did some research and bought this from a much more reputable company . WOW! I know nothing about TENS, first time I used it I attached two electrodes to my hamstring. I was on the sofa covered with a blanket, I thought I would put it on for 45m or so. I immediately felt relaxed, this was using the first default setting. Then I felt relaxed...sleepy....I woke up two hours later! The pain was somewhat less, The next morning there was a HUGE difference, pain much reduced, I was able to do the 2 mile walk. This is a serious machine, I would like like a few videos explaining uses and settings, apart from that this has made a big difference to my mobility, I cannot recommend this highly enough, well worth trying.
