Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please provide details regarding the item you wish to return and the issue you are experiencing with it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the necessary processing will be initiated, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend following these steps:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been credited.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.
- Get in touch with your bank, as there may be a processing period involved before the refund is reflected in your account.

Shipping Details:
When returning your item, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure the safe and trackable return of your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.
